Don’t order from them. They are horrible. My parcel went out for delivery on August 20, then was marked “Address Information Needed” without anyone even contacting me. Since then, it has been repeatedly marked for return and bounced around TCS facilities in Karachi. It’s August 29 and I still haven’t received it. Ideas takes your money but apparently takes no responsibility for actually getting your order delivered. Terrible service and completely irresponsible.

I have a bad experience because what I have ordered on sale in uk but they sent me wrong size they have sent me extra small rather than large size, disappointing and it's showing their bad customer service.

I would like to share my experience regarding the working environment at the JLM Branch in the hope that management will consider these concerns and make positive improvements.

The branch operates from **10:00 AM to 10:00 PM**. However, on certain occasions, staff members are instructed to report for duty much earlier, such as **6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, or 8:00 AM**, depending on operational requirements. Despite reporting several hours early, employees are often required to remain on duty until **10:00 PM**, resulting in shifts of up to **15 hours**.

While we understand that business needs may occasionally require additional working hours, it would be fair if staff members who are asked to start earlier were also allowed to finish their duties accordingly. Maintaining a reasonable work-life balance is essential for employee well-being, motivation, and productivity.

In addition, employees are frequently assigned responsibilities outside the scope of their designated roles, including **IT-related tasks** and **stock/quantity verification**. Although teamwork is important, such duties should be allocated appropriately or supported with adequate training and resources.

The staff at JLM Branch work diligently and remain committed to the organization's success. We respectfully request the management to recognize employees' dedication by ensuring fair working hours, clearly defined job responsibilities, and a professional work environment based on respect, fairness, and appreciation.

It is hoped that these concerns will be addressed constructively for the benefit of both the employees and the organization.

I have not yet visited any of their outlets but I made a phone call to almost every outlet and kept doing so for 2 hours. Nobody picked the phone EXCEPT for a gentleman Mr.Hasnat,[ EME branch]who not only picked the phone but also briefed me about the clothing in a decent manner.He deserves 5 star rating.

They doesnt even deserve one star i wish if there is a shit emoji to express my experience with gulahmed. Yesterday i did shopping off 14000 from there, one suit that was white gents suit got a stain on it. I got to know about it when i got home and opened the fabric , then i went back to store immediately to get it exchanged .....they simply said that its not our fault and we are not going to exchange it .
It was of 3700 gents suit i bought to gift it to my susar gee. Now how can i gift a defected stained white suit to someone.
They dont really care about customers they are such a disappointment.
My humble request is to never buy any thing from them if the product is damaged they will put it on u and will never exchange.

Very disappointing customer service from Ideas. I purchased a bedsheet online and requested an exchange for an unused and unopened product. First, I was asked to visit the branch, then provide the invoice, then the order number, and after providing everything, I was asked again whether the product had been used. Every time I contacted them, a new requirement was added instead of resolving the issue.

I have visited the branch multiple times, spending my time and money on travel, yet my exchange has still not been processed. The Arifwala branch was closed, and despite following all instructions from customer support, I have been passed from one person to another without a solution.

A simple exchange request has taken several days and caused unnecessary inconvenience. This is not the level of service expected from a well-known brand. Very poor customer support and customer experience. I hope the management takes notice and improves its after-sales service.

It's been nearly a month of Back and forth emails. I purchased something during a easypaisa campaign. I had a issue with the product so i returned it. They issued me a half value voucher. I rejected it and asked for a full value voucher. It's been 5 days since then and i haven't heard a word from them. I've done probably 30k of shopping on their online store in the past and that's how they treat their old loyal customers. Aonchi dukhan pheeka pakwan wali misal hy. Ideas customer service is garbage and very slow.

Extremely disappointed with my recent purchase. I spent considerable time browsing and selecting an unstitched fabric based on the color displayed on the website, only to receive a product whose color was significantly different from what was advertised.
The time spent choosing the product, placing the order, and waiting for delivery has been wasted. Such a major mismatch between the advertised item and the actual product is highly frustrating and disappointing. I hope this issue is addressed promptly and that greater care is taken to ensure products are represented accurately on the website.

I have purchased from Gul Ahmed a few times before, which is why this experience was disappointing. The product looked great online, but the actual quality did not meet my expectations.

The fabric felt different from what I was expecting, and the color was not as close to the website photos as I had hoped. For the price being charged, I expected better consistency and quality control.

Overall, not the worst experience, but definitely not good enough to make me excited about ordering again.

My husband purchased a single shirt piece of 6-pound Boski from the Gul Ahmed branch during the winter season. However, the staff did not provide the complete shirt piece and instead gave a leftover cut piece.

Now, not even one full kameez can be stitched from it. The staff is not accepting their mistake and is arguing instead.

This is not professional behavior. Your staff should learn how to properly deal with customers.

I really like their designs, price, and stuff.

Bought item online, has been nearly 2 weeks and parcel has not been delivered. They use crappy TCS courier service where parcel is sitting there without trying to deliver. Have contacted them and Ideas gul Ahmed and both customer service is bad.
I told them to use another courier service. They told me I will have to reorder the item but the item is out of stock. They are making no attempts to get the parcel back and try to redeliver. Instead told me once the item comes back to them they cannot reattempt delivery with another courier. Instead I will have to reorder. Pathetic and stupid customer service!

All branded clothes are producing SEE THROUGH fabrics especially all summer collection. yesterday went to buy IDEAS shop to buy wife's clothes but couldn't purchase due to very low quality and all summer articles were see through (stitched and non stitched both).

It is written in website that delivery is in 5 to 7 days and I order from Gul ahmed 2 weeks ago and i didn't receive products yet 😩

They have ruined my family member's Eid dress purchase. Initially they said they have cancelled the order due to payment issues. When I shared the account info, in regards to them getting the payment, they simply tried to put the blame on me and asked me to be patient. Next they tell me that the payment will be reimbursed after Eid. Now they are not receiving the calls. Helpline inaccessible. Morons at their best.

Very bad experience 👎👎Disappointing experience with [IDEAS]! I ordered a dress that looked great in the pictures, especially the dark brown color. However, the actual product was a letdown - the color was off, and the fabric quality was subpar. Doesn't match the online description. Wouldn't recommend.

I bought (Power Marine) perfume from the Gul Ahmed outlet, and it was a complete waste of money. They claimed it would last 8 to 10 hours, but in reality, it doesn't even last 2. The lasting is extremely poor — it fades away in no time. It feels like buying an overpriced bottle with no quality.

What makes it worse is their customer service. After raising a complaint, there was no proper response or support. It shows how little the brand cares about its customers. Honestly, a product like this from a big name like Gul Ahmed is unacceptable.

I'm beyond disappointed. I would never recommend Gulahmad to anyone. It's overpriced, overrated, and offers zero value. A total disappointment — zero stars.

I just visit the store and bought a bedsheet with the price tag mentioned 5k something with 50 %off but when I went to counter they said these are previous prices it's actual price is 6k or something...they are just scamming their customers....
