Really good experience with the shop and the delivery etc.
The laminat I bought however is extremely fragile and not all pieces are very straight. But it was cheap so maybe if I bought one that was more expensive, the quality is better as well...

The cheaper laminates can be more fragile. Laminate in general is fragile until it is installed. If there where pieces that weren’t straight and could not be mounted, I urge you to contact our callcenter so that we can solve your problem with a refund og exchange the broken boards.

Have the goods never bekomomen and must pick them up in Denmark! Have my order stroniert with the resubmission form, but nothing happens. I do not have my goods, and my money is still not credited. It does not react to my many e-mails!

I ordered 2 x 10lt Nordsjö professional paint.The service was very good and the delivery was fast. However, I used only the 1 paint and when I asked if I can return the other so that I can get my money back, they said that it cannot be done.

It is not possible for us to give money back for a part of a order. This is stated clearly in our terms of service on the page and in your order confirmation / invoice. In addition to this there is the fact, that paint has to be handled and stored correctly. All our orders meets these requirements because we have 100 % traceabillity from producer to end-user. This guarantee wouldnt be possible if we where to take back the one can of paint and sell it to another customer.

Jeg kan godt forstå at fragten virker forholdsmæssig dyr, specielt når du har købt varen så billigt som du har.
Gulvtæpper er en vare som vi skal sende med fragtmand og det er desværre dyrt, også ved mindre stykker på 8 m2. Vi kan desværre ikke sende det billigere.
Jeg håber at du alligevel bliver glad for dit nye billige gulvtæppe.
