Great experience and updates. had a disconnect with Seller who sent repeated emails to spam and no notification on your site that they were trying and failing to connect. Added 10 days to the process. Also tighter integration with the receiving dealer would be nice, at least posting a phone number or email in the order. Also they reported that your delivered ordered to them was missing tax/financial information requiring me to print my order for them.

Attempted to establish an account on gun broker. Entered my banking information over 3 weeks ago. The website says my account will be validated within 1-3 business days, as of today my account is still not active and showing invalid. I have sent 2 messages to gun broker, one last week and one today, no response at all from Gun Broker. Poor customer service, not responsive to customer needs or inquiries.

Very easy process.

Sellers on GB are legit and reasonably priced for the most part with the exception of those who try to profit from the shipping. GB itself is the biggest problem with double and triple dipping on all the ridiculous fees charged to both the seller and to the buyer.

Pretty easy to navigate, seems to have great sellers. Would love to see more filters and how you search be a bit more better
