An online store I consistently go back to with the only fault being how dated the site looks and can be a bit fiddly at points to use.

I have used Gundam Mad several times in the last few years to buy my son models for birthdays and Christmas. Their stock is extensive and they've always been prompt in answering any queries that I've asked. Their delivery times are excellent too. Way better than other gundam stores that I've used.

Shipping is available at standard prices within UK, with alternate delivery options. Customer service is always available. Gundammad are my first option in acquiring Gunpla. I've been buying from gundam mad for years and they always offer outstanding service. Staff are very friendly and willing to help and are knowledgable about what they stock and prices of the kits/models are very competitive (plus no vat or customs charges here in the UK) and have a large selection.
Overall a highly recommended shop!

Any time I've ordered parcels have arrived promptly and always in good condition, stock can be hit or miss, prices are only ever so slightly above MSRP but that's the nature of buying these sorts of things inland vs importing and paying extra for shipping/customs charges on top if your order hits the benchmark. Any problems I've had in the past have always been promptly solved or at worst had a resolution offered to me. Would definitely recommend them to friends if you're in the business of looking for UK shipped Gunpla/a variety of Kotobukiya kits etc.
