The packaging should be better than that at least put them in box or cover it with paper so it looks good The packaging was very disappointed

I complaint a product that had undyed areas. I would have liked to exchange for a flawless bag. I got the answer that Gusti Leder's photos also show similar marks. I can't see it, and I wouldn't have bought it if I could. On my purse there is no normal skin color variation, but colorless patches. Their answer was that I have exceot those or it on my cost to send it back. I chose to send hole order back. This is not good service at all. They can send you anything at all and you pay it.
