Very disappointed with my experience.

I had previously self-excluded from other brands within the same wider group due to problem gambling, yet I was still able to open an account, deposit significant amounts, and continue gambling on this site without meaningful intervention or safeguards.

When I raised concerns and requested a review/refund based on responsible gambling failures, I received generic copy-and-paste responses that avoided answering my main questions.

For a company that promotes responsible gambling, I expected far better protection for vulnerable customers.

I have now escalated the matter further and hope the company will finally address the concerns properly.

I requested a withdrawal of 500 USD after depositing around 2800 USD.

After completing all verification steps, the casino claimed that the funds were already processed and directed me to contact Skrill.

However, Skrill has confirmed that no funds were received and that the transaction was not successfully processed. They also confirmed that the merchant must recall the funds.

Despite this, Guts continues to deny responsibility and has not provided any proof of transfer.

This raises serious concerns about their payment handling and transparency.
I have escalated this issue to the relevant regulatory authorities. First time i have to waiting almost 1 month for payout with no reason and money still not paid to my account!

Guts racing is a definitely the best website to design and buy a seat cover it’s really cool that you get to choose how your seat is going to look I didn’t see an option for my bike I emailed them asking they said they have never seen this bike before they made it for free! Tried to withdraw my winnings but it says my bank account number is wrong it is not the told me the issue is with my bank it is not they just are scamming me and won't pay my winnings

I played on Guts using a bonus had a win and was paid out in under 24 hours to my bank account they did not charge any fees.

If you use Gambling sites you will know how rare this is. Often it is problem after problem some sites just use outright fraud to avoid pay outs.

Scammed me for 1btc. Kidnapped almost all my bankroll, 3 years do not pay, I hope to initiate a criminal case

They try to scam with free bet offers. Told that i didn't opt in to campaign before i placed a bet. Which is not true and i have all the screenshots about this.

They convert UTC right (3 hours behind EEST ) when i opted in but convert it the other way when checking when i placed my bet and try to act that UTC is 3 hours AHEAD of EEST. Which it is not. I placed a bet over 5 hours later than i opted in.

Always problems with them, bad excuses (pure lies) about opting in/placing a bet and time zones. They simply don't know what they are doing or more likely think that customers are stupid, try to lie and hope people give up.

You can't trust them at all. Avoid for all cost.

This company accessed my bank account without authorisation

I used to love this casino because of the super fast payouts.... Now I rarely win also used a prepaid credit card to deposit $25 now everytime I withdrawl it makes me withdrawl $25 to this prepaid card that can not be loaded. And then they cancel the $25 withdrawl to that card and deposit back to my account. Everytime I withdrawl..... Also spend over $100 trying to get the game of guts spinsma 50 free spins on Xmas sugar rush. Finally got it first 50 free spins won $5 next day I have 30 free spins on legacy of dead, support says there having an issue with spinsma.. so 30 free spins on the worst game ever. Probably the worst poker software ive seen in my life ... with a not so random card generator that give constantly big hand to both player head up to induce action with plenty of 1 and 2 outter on the river ... there worst than poker stars trust me stay away from that scam poker site! at all cost!

Actually enjoyed this casino until I ran into problems with the bonus system so after 5 deposits and 1 withdrawal in a week this casino would rather close my account than actually help. I would not recommend this casino at all. Dodgy asf.

I have tried withdrawing my funds 4 times using sort codes, account numbers, ibans, swift’s, 2 different bank accounts. You name it I’ve tried it! Each time the funds have returned back into my gaming account, all 4 times no one informed me it had been returned I logged into my account to find out for myself. I’ve given various documents, which didn’t get verified within the 24 hours they say it will take. They make you wait 5 days to see if the funds reaches your bank account, even though the funds are already back with them. I would avoid them!
