Good work, efficient service.
Would have given 5 stars but email address was wrongly spelt.

The engineer straight away knew what was the problem with my gutter and repaired it after a quick check on the same day.

Specialist arrived on time and provided me with photographs of the blocked gutter, he also explained how he would rectify the dip in the middle. No further issues with gutters and they now look clean and tidy.
Very pleased with joy.

Quick and efficient

Gutter was leaking. Engineer turned up slightly early and sorted issue in 5 minutes for a reasonable rate compared to other repair quotes. Would use again.

We were looking for gutter cleaning at short notice after heavy rain had overflowed our gutters (we live under tall trees) and was pouring down the walls and finding its way into the house.

The problem was that lots of other people were, too, so I rang lots of companies before finding Gutter Guys could help us days sooner than the next best, and a fortnight sooner than most.

The guy who came was friendly, efficient, obviously knew his stuff, and left absolutely no mess, giving me some useful advice too on things to watch out for with the gutters from now on.

Very satisfied with the service from start to finish.

I called to get my gutters cleaned & repaired. Davie arrived & we discussed what would be done, he was friendly & helpful & explained everything very clearly & provided me with the price of the work. When Davie had finished the work he explained everything that he had done. When I received my receipt it was very clear to understand & also included before & after photos of the work. I would highly recommend this company

We had a vent fall out of our facia and despite being 10 months after the job was done they refitted it for us for free. Excellent service.

Complete waste of time - rang Tuesday, supposed to be called between 8 & 10 Weds for a Weds visit - no call. Chased & told engineer sick. Rearranged for Thurs - no call. Chased & didn't get call back. Chased again & told engineer wouldn't make it as had "big jobs on" - no excuse for not ringing me (on 3 occasions). Was advised to get somebody else to do it, which I did.

time, lost no time in tracing the fault, fixed the problem
without any trouble . All in all a very competent service.
I am very happy with the service. I would recommend it to anyone.

Needed an aerial pole replacing as it snapped on a Sunday. Rang straight away and was told that it could be done the next day. 24 hours later job completed by polite competent engineer who was considerate of my 88 mother's needs, as a dementia sufferer, and was happy to deal with me as her representative. Would recommend this company.

Incredibly responsive and quick service, with an engineer coming out within a couple of hours of me making the call. He took time to check what needed done, explained the issues/what he was doing, and a helpful note for me to pass to our builder. Ultimately, he got our TV to work so very chuffed!

Very professional approach to an age old problem. Gutters were cleared thoroughly, with evidence gathered and disposed off quickly. A fantastic job, would definitely recommend this service to anyone. Thanks. Btw, the chickens loved scratching through the gutter debris, who knew it would be so nutritious!

Excellent engineer who sorted out the gutters and also repaired other problems he found

Blocked gutter was cleared quickly and tidily by a very knowledgeable and competent engineer who worked safely and cleaned all areas before leaving.

Phoned for an appointment and was told that someone would phone me between the hours of 08.00hrs and 10.00hrs on Wednesday 5 1 2022. I waited until 10.30hrs nobody had called me. I phoned their office and was told that their operative had failed to let me know that he was going to arrive at between 15.00 and 16.00hrs (getting dark by then) It is now 17.00hrs and nobody has turned up. I have wasted a full day! My advice is do not use this company unless you enjoy waiting and hoping that they will fix your leaking gutter before it rains again. I would have given no stars at all but the low default is one.
