Excellent service from Lambs, from the first visit from Jamie and his competitive estimate, to the day of collection when Brad and Morgan arrived promptly and with suitable vehicles, they were pro-active, cheerful and competent getting everything sorted into the right place, without fuss. they came back early the next morning to pick up the final items, and then set off from Hereford to Sussex, we all arrived at pretty much the same time, and after 6 hours drive, they were still energetic and worked hard until mid-evening. The final morning they finished everything off, assembled all the necessary furniture and went on their way, we were very happy with the whole process and thoroughly recommend Lambs.

We have just moved from Worcester to Yorkshire and we just wanted to say what a fantastic job Dan and Scott did for us, they are an absolute credit to Lambs, well done guys!

From quote to move, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently by Lamb Removals' friendly and courteous staff.

Their team packed our belongings safely the day before, ensuring no damages or breakages during the move.

On removal day, the team worked swiftly through what was a hard job (no on-site parking and a lot of stairs!), moving us between properties within 5 hours.

Throughout, Lambs have been focused on our customer needs, which made us feel truly confident that they cared about us.

Excellent overall experience with G W Lamb removals. Expected it, which is why we went with them in the first place but still couldn’t be more impressed with the service.

Lambs moved us into the property at Bishops Frome in 2010 and have just moved us out to a smaller bungalow in Worcester.
The two young lads who moved us this time were an absolute gem and worked their hearts out on two really hot days.
There is no way I could fault them as they are a credit to the company. I will definitely be passing Lambs Removals name onto others.

I recently moved home and used Lambs Removals and Storage to pack everything in our current house, move it to our new home and unload the boxes, we choose to do the unpacking ourselves.

Lambs did an amazing job.

Everything went exceptionally smoothly. From the initial consultation and estimate through the booking process and finally with the move itself I couldn’t have been happier with the service provided.

Both the guys who packed, loaded and unloaded for us were brilliant and I cannot praise them highly enough for their attitude, friendliness and professionalism.

I have no hesitation in recommending Lambs.

A truly awful experience. Careless to the extreme. Many items damaged and Lambs claim I have caused the damage. Dreadful packing.... silk dresses on hangers stuffed into the bottom of boxes, plants at the bottom of boxes with cushions stuffed on top crushing the plant, expensive table cloth screwed up and stuffed in a box and packing material. Extensive damage to antique furniture. Items left behind..... the list goes on and on. Lambs have displayed a flagrant lack of professionalism, I certainly haven’t received the service I paid £ 3000 for. If you value your belongings avoid Lambs Removals. Sadly I feel I have no option but to refer to trading standards in view of Lambs lack of appropriate response to my concerns.

Great service from first contact to completing the move. What was an emotionally charged day for me became easy and was completed quickly without any faffing, issues or broken things. Friendly staff on the phone and in the lorries. I gave them very short notice, but they managed to fit my move in. I am relieved that I chose Lambs.

Lamb Removals have helped me move house twice now, once in 2013 and again 2 months ago. The price for each move was similar, reasonable, and did not change much in 5 years. Both moves went like clockwork with the two removal men arriving punctually and shifting all the furniture as planned. They were polite, helpful and very hard working, I was impressed as moving large items of furniture is hard work. They kept on working until the job was done on both occasions; thank you. Thus, on my experiences, I give them a strong recommendation.
