Amazing

Wow, what an amazing company! They have gone above and beyond. My tree and basket is actually like the photo online the website, it was totally worth the wait. I highly recommend this company. By far the best faux trees and plants.

Nearly 3 weeks and I still do not have…

Nearly 3 weeks and I still do not have my items. I have reached out but they have not responded. Will be obtaining a charge back from my bank. This company looks to not be an actual company. Will also be reporting!

Excellent product

Excellent product. The tree looks real, this is the second one I have bought from Habitual Home. Well worth spending the extra money.

Misleading Claims

Product: Ordered a faux eucalyptus tree and basket. At least one third of the leaves have fallen off already (have it six weeks only!). The basket has to be turned a certain way to face the wall as straw is missing from the bottom of the basket. I wish I had just gone into TK Maxx/Dunelm as would have found better quality products for a much cheaper price. Whoever takes the photographs of the products for their website is a magician as they are nothing what they end up looking like in reality.

Delivery Service is misleading. I paid extra for Next Day Delivery. When the items had still not arrived after three days I reached out to their customer service who informed me that the items had not even arrived in the UK yet. It is unfair to consumers to claim ‘in stock’ beside a product and to take extra money for Next Day Delivery when you know that the products have not even cleared customers and cannot fulfill that claim.

I noticed the company now trades under Habitual Homes. Buyer Beware!!

DON't order from this company

DON't order from this company, over a month now and I am still waiting for my order... no response on the webchat, emails... I am now trying to get my money back from my credit card company :(

Dishonest company do not trust

Took instructions to act for this so called professional business only to be left £000's out of pocket. They will blame everyone except themselves. Be careful of this company. You won't get your money

Terrible

Terrible. Has taken over 4 months and still haven't got the item. Waited in all day, haven't received any shipping info just an email a month ago saying they may deliver today. Missed it and no slip left so could be another 4 months. Never again.

I’m sorry to hear you aren’t happy with your experience. The 4 month wait is due to the pre ordered item and unexpected delays due to various hoops we’ve had to jump through with new Brexit changes, we aren’t the only company to have experienced this and we have kept communication with our customers throughout and offered refunds / cancellations as we don’t expect people to wait.

Had we have known they would take 4 months to arrive on a usual 10 day lead time we wouldn’t have put them up for pre order.

As mentioned on your Instagram message I have contacted DX asking for an urgent update and I will get back to you as soon as I’ve received it.

We pride ourselves on communication and managing expectations so we are truly sorry you haven’t had a smooth experience.

I still do not have my item

I still do not have my item, it has been over a month.

In response to Naomi, I did email for an update, I have emailed a few times before writing the review.

I was updated and told that the item would be shipped on the 9th of march and would expect to receive my order around 7 days later. This hadn't occurred so I emailed for an update.

I was then told that they arrived in the UK last week however am still waiting for DX to contact me with tracking information.
I purley stated I did not have the item yet which is the truth and the delivery has been slow since. Instead of getting sassy in your response on trustpilot I suggest you make better use of your time and actually find out what's going on with the item and chase it up to help your customers.

Hello, I’m sorry you’ve submitted this review as opposed to emailing us for an update. Your order is a pre order item as stated in the title expected early March which is why you’ve not received it. We emailed you on the 6th March to confirm delivery dates of when we were expecting the tree’s to arrive which was the 20th, they arrived on Monday as expected and we’ve been working through the orders dated oldest to newest, a shipping confirmation was also emailed to confirm the label has been generated ready to ship when they arrived.

Yours will be dispatched this week on an overnight delivery.

If you need anything else please let me know and we look forward to you receiving your order.

Items look really cheap, free returns are not offered, and given the size of the items they are impossible to return. We have been turned down by 4 DHL service points. This is a scam.

Hello, I’m sorry to read this feedback, the items looking cheap isn’t something we’ve been criticised for in the past, quite the opposite so I’m sorry to hear you aren’t happy with the item. We work incredibly hard at seeing the items in person and choosing them specifically to avoid this from happening.

Free returns aren’t offered as it isn’t financially viable as a small business, you know yourself the cost of postage for returns.

Collection points do have rules to the size of the parcels but arranging a home collection the parcel will be able to be collected with DHL.

We are always happy to help and advise on returns or arrange them but deduct the cost from your refund so please email us at contact@habitual-home.co.uk if you need anything further.

Damaged item received

Damaged item received & seller notified immediately. Return requested & seller organised return courier, however a week later and I’m still waiting for that collection and my refund!! Seller now unresponsive to follow up emails
