had my first full body massage today, what a fantastic experience, having long covid for 3 years , when i left there i,ve never felt better, very friendly, very relaxed, the ladies were lovely. The shop is well worth seeing, Treat yourself. your worth it.
Was looking for something different, so ordered a couple of their products online. Wow! The packaging alone was beautiful, fragranced with one of their own signature scents, so a fantastic out of the box experience. The hand wash I purchased looks, and smells, beautiful and luxurious. Delivery was really quick too. Elaine, in Customer Services, was super efficient and resolved an issue with my delivery address (my fault) quickly and kept me informed throughout. All in all a fantastic experience and I will definitely purchase more of their products in future.
Good website and customer service. Like their hand palm! Went to the Broadway market shop once and it was a nice experience. Nice packaging + design + quality of product. Purchased few items online and contacted CS about delivery time and they replied promptly. Overall pretty good experience and will continue to purchase/try more of their stuff.
