Bathtub mixer BATHLIFE STIMMA TAPP/SURRA 150cc
1. In Sweden company has phone hours 13:00-15:00.
I called two days in a roll and I was for hours on the phone in order to reach them. One person directs me to the other where they never answer the phone but just disconnect you after.
2. Company has only 14 days return policy unlike the regular 30 days in Sweden. My remodeling company did not assembled the mixer within time, they had sick employees and the work was delayed. Hafa could not stretch the time.
3. Company that remodeled my house did not inform me they have change the distance between the pipes from 150cc to 160cc. I bought an 150cc and the remodeling company used an extender to compensate the dimensions. (Same extender Hafa sells together with their products.)
I sent pictures of the mounted bathtub so they could understand the situation.
The mixer is 6.5 cm distanced from the wall, with several visible screws and nuts (the extender) to adjust dimensions. A beautiful, modern clean lines mixer, turned into a nightmare. Unfortunately I cannot attach pictures here.
THE BATHTUB MIXER LOOKS HORRIBLE WITH THE EXTENDER!!!!
Hafa refuses to take back the product and at least compensate 50%.
You pay 25,000 EU to remodel your bathroom and there you sit with a 375 EU bathtub mixer that makes everything look horrible.
EXTENDERS SHOULD NOT BE USED HAFFA SHOULD WARN CLIENTS OF THE LARGE DISCREPANCY !!!!!!
