Do not buy! The quality certainly wasn't worth the money, colour match wasn't perfect but that can't be helped with online purchases. I could see the match wouldn't suit so requested a return. No response. I sent another two emails and tried with no success to contact via the phone number provided. I did not send the hair extensions back as feared I wouldn't get a refund nor be able to contact them to chase it up. Total waste of money. Don't bother !

Where do I start. It was like a trip into memory lane everyone knows everyone. Great service maximum effort put in to my hair style Beverly is a fantastic lady who did not stop serving her customers at a top standard her kindness spills from her .the energy was amazing.
The other staff were also extremely friendly and couldn't accommodate us all any more if they tried. Then the bill.. wow, so cheap for the time she spent on me. I'd recommend this place everytime and intent to make it my new regular hair dressers . As for my hair ,I love it . It's beautiful. Thanks ladies .. I will be returning. Xx

I've used them a few times and never had any problems. Hair is good and lasts a good few months. product has always been sent out promptly.

Avoid using this company. I sent some extensions back and have not been refunded. I sent them the tracking details and they have ignored all my emails chasing. They do not answer the phone so impossible to get hold of them. Extensions poor quality and not the colour advertised

Avoid at all costs. The hair is 100% synthetic and not human hair. I even burned the hair with a flame to prove this and it burned into black sticky balls. I have had to take this company to trading standards. Do not buy.

really bad quality would not ever use again only got 7 weeks out my weave that i paid £130 for! really bad customer service too they just blame you.

I was a a bit put off due to the below reviews. They have a sale on so thought I would go for it and order the micro loops I wanted. They say in the T&Cs to check the match inside the packaging, and also very clearly detail delivery expectations. The colour match was perfect so I don't need to return, and I got my order within 2 days after paying for special delivery. The hair quality is very good and better than some other retailers I've tried. I would use this company again. Dont let the negative experience of others put you off!

Absolutely disgusting service.
Never sent my products even after several days.
Ignored me and didn't refund until I threatened reporting the money they took as fraud as they didn't sent my items and reporting to trading standards, after I sent the email I received a refund within 5 mins, but no sorry or explanation to them wasting my time.
DO NOT ORDER!!!!

I have used hair 100 on 2 occasions, the first time I bought a pack of 100 prebonded hair extensions in a blonde shade, after 3 weeks they were that terrible in condition I had to remove them, I deemed this because they were bleached blonde extensions so had been processed alot so had less life expectancy.
1 year later today 26/10/2020 I bought from them again thinking now I'm going for a darker shade for a friend and my friend requested a cheaper cost extension due to only having them for a wedding we ordered enough for her hair in the darkest shades.
Paid for at 10am to be in line with their next day delivery regulations, at 14.30pm I still hadn't received an order confirmation, or receipt but they had had the money from my account.
I emailed that evening to ask them and also checked my online account which still stated 'processing', the next day I expected delivery, waited all day and at 4pm I emailed them again. Still no response so I phoned them, in which the phone was picked up and put straight back down 3 times, again on my account it stated 'processing' however all orders before 14.00pm would be same day dispatch. Again today 3 days later, I emailed, no response, called and no answer 4 times, order still processing, no response at all to any communication methods provided and nothing has arrived in the post.
When I looked on Facebook at reviews I saw how people had said not to buy from the company as its terrible quality and or you don't recieve a thing.
With this in mind I checked my emails, phoned again and nothing.
I sent them a very firm formal email stipulating that I would be contacting my back and how they had breached customer rights by not delivering products of agreed date and what I had paid for with next day delivery etc, stated I would complain to trading standards and post on here, within 15 minutes of sending the email I had been refunded the full amount, however no apology and no explanation, no response at all.
Waste of several days and my time. Avoid!
