I live in Canada and I’ve ordered the Ialust cream. Was shipped right away and I’ve received it within 10 days which is remarkable. Did not pay any custom. The product was as described. One thing to watch out for if you are paying Canadian dollar or American. I’ve ordered two separate times and I was charged Candian one time and American the other. Overall a pleasant experience and great service

Scam- buyer beware
I placed my order and it was updated to ‘processing’, almost a week later it changed to ‘packing’. By the time 10 days had passed and no further progression had been made, I reached out to them. They informed me my item was out of stock and they’d refund me. Considering they updated to status to ‘packing’ close to a week prior, they either a) knew it was out of stock and had no intention of letting me know, (and keeping my money) or b) it was a complete scam to begin with. Either way…..best to avoid.

SCAM - Don't buy from this website
I have bought a perfume using my card, and the order got cancelled and the email said I would get a refund in 6 days max. Its been 10 days and no money has been refunded. I contacted the support and they said they would pay me back though "paypal" and that I needed to contact my bank or paypal to check why I didn't receive my money. First, I didnt use paypal to pay, why would I get refunded through Paypal. Second, it is not my responsibility to check where the refund is. And third, they provided me with a FAKE Paypal transaction Id. This website is a SCAM. Don't buy it cause you won't receive a product or your money back.

Took 2 weeks to tell me Item isnt in stock
Bought a Fragrance there and they took nearly 2 weeks to tell me its out of stock and they would refund me. Order was already marked as packaged and they told me its Not in Stock 5 days later. Not Professional nor quick.
