What exactly they want? So disappointed!

I send my son's hair more than month ago.He didn't not cut his hair 3 years -it's hair was very long , thick and strong, looks very healthy- never treated- absolutely genuine, thick and untreated hair.
After month and more wondering they decide to reply with automatic generated email, which tell you that they don't accept hair because of many reasons can be??!! Really
I can't imagine more genuine hair than that so what they want exactly???!!!!
