Hair quality is great for the price
Hair quality is great for the price - but the the colours really vary. I ordered silver shade in weft and nanos and the colours were completely off - I tried toning and purple shampoo and couldn’t get the nanos to match, they are a lot darker so I would not order these again. I did email customer support but told once hair was opened, nothing could be done about it.

Thank you Jess for taking the time to review us, Here at HairPlanet, we supply only 100% human hair products, meaning each batch is bleached and colour-treated to achieve the available shades. This can result in slight colour variations from colour rings and shade charts and, therefore, semitonal differences between stock batches sold,
With this in mind, we give the purchaser 14 days to inspect the product fully and decide if it is suitable for the intended purpose prior to installing/fitting it into a client's hair. If, for any reason, they are unsuitable, we offer a no-quibble return policy on all products.
I can see our team reached out to advise of the returns policy therefore this means that the hair can be removed from the packaging to be inspected prior to use, the hair however cannot be returned once used as hair extensions are a classified consumable and cannot be accepted for return due to hygience reasons once worn/fitted unless they are faulty.

Silver hair is so pink
Love their hair for the dark colours and the mixed blondes however the last year their " silver hair " is no longer silver. It has such a pinky undertone it's awful( glue and nano bonds) When wet it gets more pink. Nice clean blonde colours and the pink shows so much more next to the colour so it's impossible to blend in. Won't be buy again for here

Our top-selling shade is #Silver. To create this shade, the hair is pre-bleached to a very light blonde and then ash-toned, which may sometimes result in blue, purple, or pink undertones.
We allow purchasers 14 days to thoroughly inspect the product and determine if it meets their needs before installing it in a client’s hair. We also have a no-quibble return policy for all items if the product is unsuitable.
