As a 1st time buyer from hair planet I cannot believe how amazing the quality of hair is and how great the colour match is. I bought 20 inch nano #60 and the match and length is perfectly unbelievable. So so happy and high recommend

worst hair i have ever purchased
worst hair i have ever purchased , i have been having hair extensions for 6 years plus. and never had hair like this its knotty and very dry . when i complained they want me to take it all out and send it back to them, even though i had just paid over £200 to have this rubbish hair put in. Not happy at all with the quality of the hair and the customer services. I have sent a few strands back for them to test. Please dont make the same mistake that i did, i really wish i had bougth the brand that i normally do. so upset that i have spent nearly £400 on this terrible hair,

As you will appreciate we have a process to investigate which includes returning the hair, this allows us to work through the complaint and work with the manufacturers to find a resolution.
Without your cooperation and reluctance to return the hair that you are stating you feel could be faulty we are unable to find a resolution that meets your desired outcome.
If you do decide to return the hair please do not hesitate to contact our team at sales@hairplanet.co.uk
The hair will be checked and if faulty a refund/exchange will be offered as per our terms and conditions of sale. If no manufacturing fault is present, or the hair has been damaged due to poor application or aftercare, the goods will be returned and will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
A manufacturing fault does not include a purchaser's change of mind, incompatibility to a fitting method or incorrectly colour matching as these should be covered thoroughly with your stylist at consultation prior to fitting.

really good hair, i would say though the colours not exactly what was shown in the photo but great quality and the parcel came really quick.

I bought 4 packets of nanos but one of them came as flat tips instead, it was obviously a mistake but I haven’t been able to get in touch as I need to return them for actual nanos

I also ordered wrong colour and Charlotte Ford from sales team was fantastic she even went out there way to send my parcel for next day delivery as I needed these extensions the following day
