Order not received and cancelled by supplier with no explanation
Placed my order, and received confirmation that delivery is in 4-5 days. 6 days later, the order was still showing as processing. I sent a follow up e-mail and received a credit note the following day...no explanation, no apology....

Great customer service.
Myself and my work colleague both placed orders which were delivered promptly. Unfortunately I had a problem with one item but a returns label was issued and I sent back the item. A replacement was sent by return post. Great service, I will recommend to everyone.

Very good pricing and item shipped and delivered promptly. The only problem was item description on the order as "mains" clippers when in fact they are Li Battery. However the right item turned up.
With that small caveat, highly recommended.
