HI Lisa,
We have looked into the issue and have found that Paypal held your payment from 28/01/2019 till 01/02/2019 15:45:35. As it was close to our Friday 4pm pick up although it was printed to be picked we were unable to dispatch it for the Friday so it went out on Monday instead. When a payment is held by Paypal it is usually to do with the customers account and Paypal rather than us. We can find the orders through our back office but it will not come onto our main system which is used for dispatch until payment has cleared. We hope this clears things up and apologise for the lack of communication on our part.

Satisfaction
I had an issue with my order and the matter was resolved, which I am happy to say Delivery was quick and free postage and packing which is good as some sites charge as much for delivery as products. I am happy to recommend and will use in the future
