Website was simple and easy to use, I managed to find a really nice gift-set for a good price.

I managed to buy a bottle of aftershave for a great price which was great!

I purchased my item via paypal, funds were taken the very next working day. Got an e-mail saying my order was being prepared. A week later I had heard nothing more so I e-mailed to ask what was going on. Was told they were unable to supply the product. However, on their website the product is still listed as available, suddenly at twice the price...
I understand that marked prices are invitation to treat and not binding, but honesty about the situation (offer too good to be true) would have been much appreciated! Will not use again.

Hi I don't normally respond to these review sites but I though that I had to say a special thank you to Natalie in customer service who went out of her way to correct a mistake which, to be fair was not her mistake. For some unknown reason the courier delivery company decided to deliver my parcel to the wrong address. Natalie went out of her way to ensure that the delivery company collected the parcel and arranged for it to be re-delivered to me. I know these things happen but it's not nice when it happens to you!
Thank you again - will be back for more bargains.

This is no doubt the most fantastic online store I’ve ever come across. Most stores have selective brands and the prices are higher than the market. Yet Half Price Perfumes acts opposite by offering a good variety and price lower than those in the market.

I placed my order at the end of September and I'm still waiting to receive it. I've contacted customer services twice regarding it. The first time I was told it was going out at the end of the week. I left it another few weeks and contacted them again and was told it had been dispatched. Again a week or two later and nothing has shown up.

While I would be willing to accept a slow delivery, what I find unacceptable about this company is the customer service. A little honesty would be nice rather than have them lie about where your order is. The prices might be cheap but I personally don't think it's worth the hassle. I'm not holding my breath that I will ever get my order. Just don't waste your money on this scam site!

Very good , I am often quite skeptical of sights offering such big discounts, so just made a small order to see what they were like and I am very pleased with the products. I will definitely be doing some of my Christmas shopping with this site.


I would definitely call out all the ladies to give this cool site a check. They have a lovely variety of almost all sorts of cosmetics, hair and skin care products. It is my recommendation to all.

A lot cheaper than you would pay in the shops , delivery doesn't take long very good products especially make-up

Unbelievable but it is true that Half Price Perfumes are selling amazing skin care and pharmaceutical products at almost half prices. And the clearance sale goes to as good as 80% off. I don’t know what better could happen in this world! Awesome!

Ordered my product on the 17th of October and 18 days later I still don't have my order. Contacted them a number of times and the first I heard back from them was to say that they had run out of my order and were restocking and I would get it by the end of the week. End of the week came and no delivery. Messaged them again and they said the same thing to me. So unimpressed and if I don't get my order within the next couple of days I will be taking action. Totally unacceptable and never using them again.

I have completed a couple of purchases from them and it’s all legit.
