Good looking solid wood. Came quickly. No assembly. The only small downside could be that the paint colour is a slightly peculiar cream and not white as I had thought. However they still go ok where we have put them. Lacquered finish is definitely a plus for using in the bathroom.

We ordered several pieces of the Wavereley Oak Range of furniture on a Sunday and it was all delivered 3 days later. There was minimal assembly and all looks very good. We had a couple of issues with the items but they were sorted promptly.
The only frustration we had was we couldn't contact them by phone due to staff holidays. However, they responded quickly to e-mails.
I have no hesitation ordering from them again.

I have several pieces of Hallowood furniture. All extremely well made, heavy solid pieces which look great. Recent purchase was in line, price was good, I was kept informed on delivery on delivery it was extremely well packaged. Very happy with the Hallowood experience

Very quick delivery. The table was as seen on the website. Very pleased with it. This is the second item I have purchased from Hallowood. Would recommend.

Great customer service from Hallowood. I bought 8 dining chairs and one of them had a couple of incorrectly supplied parts. They changed the chair immediately without any fuss or hassle the next day. The quality of the products is very good and the delivery service prompt and efficient.

Good quality tv unit and delivery service was excellent

I had to glue one of the legs as the bolt would not tighten (the metal fittings which the bolt went into kept come out)
The table top had a couple of small scratch marks. The fittings should be in a small bag and not loose in the package. Did this cause the marks on table? Unfortunately my husband destroyed all the packaging before I had put it all together or I would have requested a replacement.
Looks good in my kitchen now but for the money would expect it to have been perfect.

Excellent customer service. Item arrived within 2 days very well packed. I messaged Hallowood about a small problem and they responded immediately. Issue was resolved with no fuss and I would be more than happy to deal with them again. Highly recommended!

I consider the oak shoe rack a quality product, well designed at a reasonable price. The product loses one star because the item was purchased to stack on top of a previous purchase of the same product but one of the holes for the connecting wooden dowels was misaligned and I had to file down the dowel significantly to get the two items to fit / stack together.

I would highly recommend this fabulous furniture company. I was worried about buying furniture online but I needn’t have been. The furniture I chose is well built and high quality.
