Flexible and quick to respond

This system is so flexible. I love that we can manipulate it to fit our needs. If I have questions, they are quickly addressed and customer service is prompt.

Unbelievable Customer Support & Excellent Software

I can’t say enough good things about Halogen. We initially purchased the eAppraisal module in 2013 because we had a paper appraisal process that was extremely time-consuming and cumbersome. Since then, we’ve added on the Recruitment, Learning, and Compensation modules. The implementation consultants we’ve had have been extremely knowledgeable (especially Sandie G!) and the continuous advancement hours are invaluable once you realize all the things Halogen can do. Customer Support has responded to all of my questions promptly, and they are very helpful.

The main challenge we’ve faced is that we decided to do our own in-house training when we implemented Halogen. We are a smaller company (~150 employees), and the HR team had to answer a lot of questions as we were learning the software ourselves. I’d recommend that smaller HR teams consider adding money to their budgets so that they can hire the actual Halogen trainers vs trying to do all the training in-house.

Great customer support follow-up!

What I enjoy most about Halogen is their customer support follow-up. Regardless of the item that needs to be addressed, the Halogen support team remains courteous and professional. Halogen is there to support you, and if the first level tier is unsure of a solution, they will expedite the ticket to the next tier as they continue to follow-up with you to ensure resolution.

Excellent & versatile product and flexible service

I have been very pleased with both the products and services offered by Halogen. Since we implemented in 2013, we have had a great partnership with Halogen. They have been great about customizing our tools and services to fit our unique needs. We have a very complex system that we didn't want to change and they helped keep everything in place when we implemented eAppraisal. I would highly recommend Halogen Software.

Great Implementation Team to work with!

This was by far my best software implementation. A great team to work with. I can’t say enough about the support team as well. Always there to help. If the software does not do something I think it needs to, they are ready to suggest an enhancement to the development team for the next release.

Great customer service

We have been with Halogen for about a year and a half, but I only recently began dealing with the system on an administrator level. The Halogen help desk has been invaluable to me. They are easy to connect with and have always answered my questions quickly and thoroughly. One of our biggest complaints with our previous vendor was the difficulty to receive adequate support, so this is a huge asset to us.
