I found the solicitor to be personable and that the company replied quickly and promptly to e-mails. Communication was good but I felt that at times they could have been more knowledgeable. For example I was told that I would be covered through my union, then told I wasn't and that I would have to pay. Potentially leaving me out of pocket when I was entitled to it free through my union but they sorted out the issue. I also felt that when I had an issue with my medical report they were not fighting my corner hard enough in terms of appealing and that I was having to suggest options to them. Not 5* from me but generally a good experience.

Bearing in mind the Covid situation, which slowed the process up, I was happy with the way my claim was handled and apart from a few grammatical mistakes in the communication the staff were excellent. However, I felt more explanation of the process would have been helpful and a telephone conversation from time to time. I felt it was assumed I knew what would happen next. Overall happy with the service and result.

I have not received any payment as yet but understand that it is just a matter of time.. the service that I have received from Michael W Halsall Solicitors Ltd had been of a very good standard, my only concern is that they send you contracts and alike too sign via a word processing application too sign, and I am not very tech minded but that is my shortfall & not that of the Solicitors. After a stressful accident occurred it soon became very apparent that we were in capable hands. The communication was very good and everything was explained clearly. I would definitely recommend their services and would just like to add that Michael Grealis has been fantastic.

My experience with Michael W Halsall solicitors was great, I was sent emails with updates regarding my case fairly often. The solicitor handling my case was really responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

I was kept informed every step of the way with my claim, communication is excellent. Everything was dealt with as expediently as it could have been. Everyone I have spoken to at the firm has been courteous.

Following my RTA, Ms Moss dealt with the matter effectively and efficiently. The physiotherapist was arranged and booked quickly together with the doctor's report. During proceedings I was kept up-to-date with progress and advised on the next steps to take. It was a simple process for me as I only dealt with one person throughout who seemed thorough and very capable. Thank you.

Micheal Halsall have been very good representative after struggling with another firm they did quite the opposite. Constantly provided updates on the case and responded in time to my emails and fast tracked my case. I would definitely recommend them.
