Even though we’ve had lockdown in place for over a year and because of this my claim was delayed,I was kept up to date with the progress of my claim.

We had this accident over 1 and 1/2 ago and I’ve gotten my money but not my 2 children they both got hurt and this took a very long time

Having never been involved in a medical claim before this was a new experience. However thanks to the person dealing with the claim, Heather Howes, it was one that was easy and straight forward. I was kept up to date with how it was proceeding and any questions I had were dealt without any problems. Due to Covid it did go on longer than it should have done but the level of excellent service never dropped.
