The company lies, takes forever to deliver and has terrible customer service. The item I boguht said 1-3 days delivery on their actual website.

When I complained about the delivery time taking nearly 2 weeks, they pointed out that in one of their emails it said 3-8 days. Additionally, Saturdays don't count as work days and they handed the package to DHL within 8 days.

Well, Saturdays do count as work days in Germany. Also, Lieferzeit (Delivery Time) is when I receive the package. Not when you hand it over.

They have not responded since I pointed this out. They easily could have refunded me the delivery fee or simply said they will not refund it. But to lie and make me feel like I am out of line? I would rather pay twice the price for the same item from a different company.

I have been waiting for my refund since 2 months now. And they stopped replying to my emails.

My items were delivered almost 3 weeks after ordering. Tried to contact their customer service but it was very unresponsive. I wouldn’t order here again even if the products were okay.

I ordered my clothes from their another website. I was message to company on Instagram but nobody answer only saw it. That’s a big mistake from that company. They only answer when u want to order something. I was waiting for my order 10 days to Belgium that’s not normal! After got package I saw that they have another browser to order the same clothes and they don’t have so nice reviews. I don’t recommend!!

Very bad customer service, no information on the order.

It showed it will be shipped within 3 days while ordering and it's been 10days now and no shipping.

The team did not answer any of my request.
