The price of the item was good and the delivery was speedy, communication was also good and they kept in touch to let me know my item was being processed. Was looking for an automatic watch winder and saw what I wanted on the Hamilton and Lewis website. Called during the UK lockdown over a weekend not sure if anyone would answer but got through to Gary. I had some questions which he noted and went to find out the answers. He called me back promptly and by late morning all was sorted. The product has been delivered now and I am very satisfied with how quick and efficient the whole purchase was.

Rang Hamilton and Lewis about an item I was looking for spoke to a member of staff called Gary who asked if I had the serial number which I didn’t have at that time. I rang back and spoke to Gary with what he asked for, and he was able to advise me on what I required, Gary sent what I needed to order the winder, got it ordered and it has been delivered. Great service.
