Product is well packed, presented and has solid build quality. My only gripe is that the cushions do not fit snugly in their spaces, sometimes causing watches to jostle a bit when moved. Cushions are too small and meant for smaller wrists/wristbands.
Even with a 20% discount, I felt that this product was still too expensive for what you actually get. Looks nice though but probably wouldn’t buy again.

Ordered ring but required smaller size than offered, customer service was outstanding, Gary got order sized down for me and somehow managed to get ring sent out for me within one week of ordering, ring itself is beautiful, colour is vibrant and had a good solid weight to it.
I would not hesitate to recommend Hamilton and Lewis, jewellery is quality and for me customer service was above and beyond, very satisfied customer.

I was a bit anxious about buying such an expensive and valuable item online. However, I'm very pleased I did. I bought a watch winder for my son's 40th birthday so it was very important that it be just right. Great price; item arrived the day after I placed the order, which I hadn't expected! Actual box was damaged on one corner, but it seemed inappropriate to ask for a replacement so I kept it. Item itself was brilliant; no damage; excellent quality (Wolf); exactly as expected. I'm very happy with Hamilton & Lewis as retailers and I would highly recommend them. I couldn't have asked for better service from them and the price was right too.

Purchased a beautifully stunning high quality leather jewellery box for my daughters’ 20th birthday. It arrived quickly & the packaging was also very classy. Totally thrilled with purchase and all oozes quality & high end. Worth every penny and I’m proud to give this as a special gift. My only regret is that I didn’t give a tip at check out, despite the discount I received and now feel a little guilty! Would highly recommend buying & leaving a small tip as you’ll be delighted with your purchase. The leather jewellery box really is stunning, very well made & of high quality.
