Impressive Sunday sales service
I wanted to buy a Watch Winder for my son and went to the Hamilton & Lewis website as I had purchased mine from them some time ago. This was on a Sunday, and I was pleasantly surprised that there was a contact phone number available. I was even more surprised that someone answered!
This enabled me to discuss my requirements with a knowledgeable salesperson and make a purchase, which arrived only two days later. Very impressive!
