Over two months trying to open a basic bank account, four branch visits, endless paperwork, and no result. The procedures were opaque, inconsistent, and unnecessarily bureaucratic, making an already stressful relocation much harder.
As a result, I was unable to receive my first salary on time. Despite being legally employed and paying taxes in Sweden, I was treated with distrust and a lack of respect.
The values this bank advertises do not match reality. I strongly do not recommend this bank, especially for newcomers, researchers, or international professionals.
