Bag of expensive Samples cost £7 - none of which are labelled so v. difficult to match up with website product SKU - this resulted in delays for me. Co. said I should have sent them back chosen sample for them to send out the right one - more delays - because of my initial error I ended up paying twice - this would not have happened if they had labelled them in the first place! Just bad customer experience - sort it out! Leaving a poor review on their website didnt work either!

Amazing service. Sent in a photo of the UPVC window lock because I couldn't find it on their website and first thing the next morning they emailed me with the part needed.
It arrived within 2 days of ordering and fitted perfectly.
Handles and Hinges kept me up to date with the delivery from start to finish. Such a helpful company!

The most excellent customer service.

Part of the key set I ordered was out of stock but a lady I spoke to was really helpful offered to send what was available and the remainder would follow as soon as it was back in stock as we had no keys at all to be able to open/unlock the windows . In the end it all came at the same time. Somehow all 3 keys unlock the windows so we're all set again! Thank you for looking after us so well!!

Sent in a picture of a window lock that to me had no identifying features and within half an hour had a reply with the key that I required. Replacement key posted same day and was a perfect match. Brilliant service and such a relief as I thought I was going to have to order a load of different keys to try out or even replace the window handles. Thank you

We had lost our window keys so I sent a photo of the handle to Handles and Hinges on Sunday night. First thing Monday morning I had a reply from Donna who was really helpful and had managed to identify the handle and sent a link to purchase the keys. 2 days later the keys have just arrived and I can finally unlock the window. Thank you.

Ordered a new Espag locking mechanism for a double glazed window. The website is clear and easy to use, the order arrived promptly and the product is of excellent quality compared to others. Also Customer Service, when contacted, was helpful, polite and friendly.

I ordered four replacement window handles yesterday and they were delivered about 9:30am this morning.

Brilliant service. Moved into a home where there were no keys for window locks. Sent H&H photos of the locks and within a few days the keys were delivered and perfect.

Dont often write reviews but the great service I got at Handles and Hinges prompted me to sing their praises. I sent a picture of somewhat old window locks in an effort to find a key to fit -( they've been there 30 odd years and no-one could find a key!)
Rebecca at the Company was very quick to respond and advised that she had found one that might fit. I ordered it and received it within a couple of days - it worked!!

What an amazing place lady on the phone was fantastic and responded so quick . New set of keys out so quick and perfect from the image only . Didn’t know they existed so went to timpsons first and got quoted an arm and a leg.

Contacted by Supplier who apologised for the misunderstanding and have refunded my payment as they can't supply the appropriate keys👍

When we took over our current property last Nov, the previous owner left us in the position that we only had a window key that fitted two windows. Last week, I found Handles and Hinges. Listing their services, they mentioned that they can get me replacement keys by sending them a photo of the window handle. I sent them photos for five windows and, believe it or not, they instantly sent me an email with suggested keys for all the windows. One key was specific to two of the windows and worked like magic. They sent me three possible keys for the other windows and, again, one of them worked like magic. I have returned the two keys that did not work and they are going to send me two additional keys of the one that worked.
Imagine that - being able to identify a window key from looking at the handle; incredible. And such speedy service. Top marks from me.
