Terrible company, please avoid. I ordered a sewing box and it never arrived so now £30 out of pocket. I have made three attempts st contacting them and still have no reply. The tracking status in the shop app has not changed over the two weeks of waiting. I will be reporting the company to trading standards to prevent any other customers falling victim to this.
