Deplorable! I was scheduled to go for a retreat, which subsequently got postponed and then definitely cancelled. Throughout, there has been absolutely no response to numerous emails, messages and more regarding a refund request. Communication is none existent.

I booked a course at this shop last year which was subsequently cancelled. Despite numerous requests over the last two months via messages and emails (the telephone number is constantly unavailable) the owner has issued no refund and has declined to respond to ANY of my messages. This lack of contact is deplorable and utterly unprofessional.
Please be aware that if you book any workshop or course with Helen Anderson at Handmade at Helens you will have the devil's own job or indeed a cat in hells chance of getting a refund if the course is cancelled!
Despite numerous request for a refund (to which I am fully entitled under the terms and conditions issued when I booked a course last year that was subsequently cancelled), Helen has refused to reply or respond. I am aware that the other course attendees are in the same boat!
If I could give a negative rating for this shop I would do!
