Edit after 6 months: the customer Service was really bad but no trouble after the phone was arrived

I don't understand the positive reviews here. They are the worst service inEurope. I signed a contract with them 1 month ago and still they have not sent me the cellphone. Only the sim is sent and NO Cellphone. Why would i need sim without cellphone? They are not even replying me on email or not even picking up my call. ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS here are FAKE i can say for sure. I have the proof of all the calls (which were never picked by handybar) and all the emails that i sent to them but i got no reply. They reply immediately only UNTIL COTRACT IS NOT SIGNED. After the contract is signed they don't send you cellphone and keep charging from your bank account.

Edit: finally after almost 3 weeks i was able to get response from handybar, and phone was also delivered. Everything was perfect after the phone arrived.there haven’t been any overcharge or any kind of trouble so far.
