HANDY FLOWERS IS A SCAM

HANDY FLOWERS IS A SCAM. I had an awful experience with this company, and I feel obligated to warn others. I ordered flowers from them for a special occasion and paid a significant amount for the arrangement, expecting timely delivery and quality service. Unfortunately, they completely failed to deliver. No flowers arrived.
I contacted them immediately after noticing the issue, but their customer service did not answer at all. I'm seeking a refund. It’s frustrating to deal with a company that takes your money yet doesn’t deliver the promised service. THIS IS A SCAM we will be using Interflora Instead.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs! This company is a total sham - no customer service, phone line doesn't work, emails aren't responded to. I paid £55 for flowers, which were delivered on a random date. The recipient was on holiday, so the flowers were left in front garden for days. I've not been able to get any response from the company since!

Ordered flowers paid £15 delivery as I…

Ordered flowers paid £15 delivery as I needed them for Sunday and they did not arrive, unable to call as the telephone number does not work and the email is not being answered. I am now at a loss of £65 and have no flowers DO NOT USE.

Avoid ordering from this company!!

I ordered flowers for a colleague that never arrived. After emailing back and forth for days I was given a number to call which turned out to be the delivery driver who was unbelievably rude. The whole experience was stressful. They said they would refund my money then went silent and stopped replying to my emails and you can’t ring them as their number doesn’t work. I don’t understand how they have gotten away scamming people out of their money for so long. I finally had to initiate a dispute with my bank who did get the money back for me. I contacted Citizen Advice who have reported the company to Trading Standards. If you’ve been scammed I advise you do the same. Horrendous company, avoid!

Utterly disgusted

Ordered using a website called flowers of south croydon but my order receipt came from Handy Flowers. Should have rang alarm bells! This company is literally a broker. They sell a bouquet and pass the order for a Florist to complete. My delivery therefore came from the centre of London via dpd and not via a local florist as expected. I paid 55 pound for 10 stems and a bit of green twig.
I wish I could attach photos of what was ordered vs what my colleague received as a 50th birthday gift. Disappointed doesn't even cut it. AVOID!!

Flower Never Delivered.…

I paid £65 for flowers to be delivered to my daughter in law on 20th May. They have never been delivered, it is now 30th May; so all I can say is, these are scammers. I am a pensioner and can ill afford to lose this amount of money.
Please don't waste your money by ordering from them.
I wish I'd read other reviews.

Appalling Customer Service and Misleading Product – Avoid

I ordered the “Queen of Hearts” bouquet with the Deluxe upgrade as a surprise birthday gift for a close friend. What arrived looked absolutely nothing like what was advertised: key flowers were missing (including red hypericum and red gypsophila), the filler flowers were wrong, and the arrangement was sparse and underwhelming — certainly not "deluxe".

I contacted Handy Flowers immediately. They initially responded with an apology and asked for photos, which I promptly provided. Since then, I have followed up multiple times and have been completely ignored. No refund. No replacement. No explanation.

To make matters worse, I had previously tried reaching them through Facebook and another email address, but received no response. The whole experience has been extremely disappointing and embarrassing, especially since this was meant to be a heartfelt gift.

Terrible service, unprofessional communication, and false advertising. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Avoid. Took my money but did not deliver any flowers (despite sending me an email to say they had arrived). They also have fake local addresses on Google maps. Total scam.

Doesn't have a proper phone number

Doesn't have a proper phone number, was waiting the whole day received a mini bouquet ridiculous size over paid £60 and so disappointed.
My wife laugh when she saw it, I always get nice flowers for her and gave a try to handy flowers and couldn't believe what I paid for is not worth more than £10

This is not a reputable company

This is not a reputable company. AVIOD I strongly advise avoid using them. I ordered flowers for my mum's birthday based on their website image. What was delivered was almost dead and did not represent the image shown. I emailed and complained. They stated that they would refund. They didn't. A dispute was raised with American Express in January which this company failed to respond to. Consequently American Express refunded my card. AVIOD THIS COMPANY.

Don’t even want to give 1 star

Don’t even want to give 1 star. It’s only so I can leave a review!.They should have a minus button. This company needs to be closed down . They are scammers !
My brother used them for our Father's funeral tributes and they were absolutely shocking .If the flowers wasn’t already dead they were wilted badly .As you can imagine flowers are not cheap and we paid a lot of money to these for want of a better word thieves . It was embarrassing to have them on show in the hearse and at The Crematorium and added more distress to an already upsetting day. Have complained by email but they will not take responsibility. DO NOT USE . Shame on you Handy Flowers

Please learn from our lessons.

Please learn from our lessons.

I ordered a £75 boque, received a bunch that was nothing like what was shown. Several of the flowers illustrated weren't in what was received.
They didn't deliver on the day paid for, and received the wrong card (card is a stretch, the wrong printed line on an A4 sheet).
This is not the place to buy your flowers.

Scam

I'm pretty sure this company is a scam because they have pictures of very nice bouquets with high prices and deliver something completely different and cheap-looking (not even good-looking). Even the birthday card I bought did not match the picture and I'm fairly certain the text on the card wasn't exactly what I wrote either. I just feel very sad for all the people who wanted to buy nice flowers for a loved one and got something else (or nothing). Customer service does not respond at all by the way. I'm even surprised there are a few reviews that got answers.
Honestly, have some decency!

You will NOT get what you paid for.

I ordered a birthday gift. It was short cut flowers in a 4” cube vase and picture indicated “Vase Included”.
The order was not the 70GDP I paid for. Maybe 30GDP 12” flowers in 8” tall vase.
No reaching them! They attach your email to theirs, so you’re sending request for replacement to yourself.
I’m embarrassed by this gift delivered to my new daughter in law.
I am a florist in US and I wouldn’t have sent this out.

I would like to give 0 starts

I would like to give 0 starts, but I cannot! I made an order to be delivered before 1pm (paying £10 more!) and at 6pm the tracking still shows as 'order received' not even 'out for delivery'. Highly unprofessional and expensive. I want a full refund right now! There is no way of contacting these people except via email and guess what? they don't respond! VERY DISSATISFIED!
