Sick plants before the start

I’ve received 2 cutting, both were sick. One was completely yellow with a big lack of nitrogen, the second one was infected by red spiders, leaves full of holes and spider eggs. I contacted the shop but nobody answered. So I’m really not recommending this shop.

Amazing!

Amazing!! The customer service is unbelievable they supported me completely through my last grow all growing problems and noob questions I had they answered me , I must admit I was truly impressed

New plants

My plants came today healthy and looking great as advertised. Thank you to customer service for fixing the first problem (DHL was the reason). Will definitely keep ordering my pants from this company. Again,thanks.

Stecklinge…

I have purchased an assortment of young plants from Hanfgarten and was always impressed with the quality and the fast delivery of my orders. I am an unexperienced gardener and have had problems with early flowering. I explained my situation to the good people in the service department, asking for advice. I received a rational explanation for why my plants flowered too early (they need at least 12 hours of light). The company responded generously by shipping my order again giving me the opportunity to get it right this time.

The best shopping website in EU

I highly recommend Hanfgarten. We experienced a few minor issues during the shipping process with my order, but the seller was very confident and professional in providing assistance. As someone new to growing cannabis, they were understanding of the process, and all the issues were resolved automatically. I can't wait to shop again.

I purchased a 4-week-old cannabis…

I purchased a 4-week-old cannabis plant, but the delivery by DHL has been delayed by 5 days already (it's summer, in August). Now, the package has been in transit for 7 days, and the delivery keeps getting postponed each day. The seller refuses to send a replacement until I receive the package and provide a photo. I’m disappointed with this service, especially given the long delay and the potential damage to the plant due to the summer heat.

Let me state using my mother tongue: "Da Endkund is da hoid da Deb, brach I etz ned noamoi."

Sorted all my problems!

Ordered 15 grams of CBD buds. Received only 11, one of which was bonus I did not order. Contacted them and sent proof of what was missing and for my surprise, they sent out missing bud on the same day together with many bonuses, grinder, papers, extra 4 grams, some active charcoal filters and also many stickers! Great service, great communication and also great product most of all! Very much recommend, fast shipping. I'm satisfied! Will order again! Also the presentation and packaging is great! Discrete shipping by the way!
