This is a fake website which the appearance looks like it would be a German shop but it’s is a Chinese fake company which sends unusable cheap products for very expensive European prices.
Don’t buy and report the shop!

Same as others, the advertised "Kashmir" - likely on purpose not "Kashmere" is very smelly very cheap Cotton and Spandex (label inside), sent from China. All photographed and documented.

Hey, I just specially registered here to be part of the community to warm the new customers who may think about to buy goods from this shop. it is really a fake shop!! Horrible experience (nearly the only bad one I ever had in the past). They deserve to be cleaned up by the market supervision.

Not trustable, it´s a fraud company!!! Be careful and do not buy anything!!!

the pants I ordered were nothing like the picture. Thin material and very cheap. I asked for return and of course 'promotional items cannot be returned'

Unfortunately, the products I received are not of the quality advertised by the online shop. The items were made of cheap polyester instead of, as advertised, cotton, the seams were crooked and partially torn. When I emailed them to return the items and request a refund, they replied: "We do not refund or take back promotional items", even though the website promises everywhere and several times: "14-day returns possible". In general, 14 days for returns and refunds are a legal requirement for all shops in Germany and the EU. The vendor tries to “resolve” the issue by offering up to 50% discount on my next purchase, but I do not want to buy anything anymore from this store, which offers only the lowest quality possible at much too high cost. I just want a refund.

After my research, I discovered that this online shop has been reported several times for fraud. Shop also has no imprint, even though it is required by law. Many customers also write that the return of the products is, if even offered, with very high shipping costs (over 40€). Consumer protection agencies from Germany and Austria list HannaBerlin in their Fakeshop list and as a phishing site.
