Their Customer Service is not helpful at all, seems to have no understanding of the situation going on, ignore the bare minimum of what Customer Service is about (next to the law), is not keeping promises and is telling lies to get people signing up for their accounts etc. The rep at Hamburg Airport was made aware of facts, seems to have ignored them totally and they charge you even if you clearly cannot use their "international" service offer as not even the app works outside Germany and no access to the account or even cards is given. Never thought anybody could be worse than Norisbank but learned something new. Do not trust them with your details, do not sign up with them.

Great service! Great Genaialcard!
I ordered the Hanseatic 'Genialcard' Credit card and I must say everything went great as promised. I first did a great fast regiester through the internet (including a video chat!!!) and then few days later I got the card and the online banking. I called the service to ask for more details, they answered with a great passion and patience. They even gave me tipps and I use the amazing app, which is a great benefit as well.
As promised this card is completly FREE of charges!! You can pay all over the world with no extra charge. You can get money in bancomat for free (please use only the official bank automats, not this private cheap ones, since they charge extra money). There is zero trick here and the service is hilarious. Pitty that there are few trustpilot reviews here (which are being probably paid by other companies) that tries to reduce their stars review. It's a shame!
