Delayed the delivery
Having placed the order I realised I hadn't changed the delivery address. As I was on holiday I would not be home to receive the package. I emailed Hansells to ask them if they could delay delivery and received a quick response from Marcus who told me he could sort it out. The carrier then contacted me and arranged a confident delivery date for me. Top marks for customer service.
