Turned up 15 mins late to pickup and ended up missing train so had to sit at station for an hour. Booked well in advance so no reason to be late

I had a great experience with this taxi driver. They were punctual, professional, and very friendly throughout the journey. The car was clean and comfortable, and the driving was smooth and safe.

What a lovely cabbie! His car was spotlessly clean and smelt so nice. Arrived in less than 10 mins. Really lovely guy too which is very reassuring as a female travelling alone late at night. Thank you driver 👍

I received confirmation for my taxi booking, but no one arrived at the pickup location. We were left stranded in the middle of nowhere with no explanation. When I contacted them, they informed me the booking had been cancelled—yet no one had notified me of this cancellation. After waiting, they eventually sent a driver who arrived one hour late. Despite the inconvenience and their failure to communicate the cancellation, they refused to provide any refund.
The staff I dealt with were rude and dismissive. The only person who showed any professionalism was the taxi driver himself.
This was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. I cannot recommend this company.

This is my first time being picked up by Imran. Great ride, fantastic personality and attitude. Very polite, helpful and considerate. Would be more than happy to have him as my driver.

The outbound airport transfer was in time but the vehicle was too small - driver was very helpful but we did have to cram ourselves in with luggage on our laps & my wife’s walker wedged behind the drivers seat.

The return transfer was initially booked for the wrong date - quickly sorted & no extra charge. On the correct day the driver was bang on time in a bigger vehicle & was also super helpful.

It took a lot of emails back & forth to get the prices & book the taxi’s - but email responses were always quick.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely awful customer service. The guy that handles the phone calls is so rude and unhelpful. It’s a shame as I’ve been a customer for them for years. Never again will I use them.
Shame because there are 2 really nice cab drivers.

The people who received the call let you down. I don’t know if it was intentional but the taxi was 30 minutes late.
However, our driver Andrew (Andy) was exceptional, couldn’t fault him.
