Bad customer service
A product, a tracker, under warranty has been taken, tested and then sent back (i had to pay for everything) to me untouched stating that the physical damage caused by water is not covered by the warranty. I do undersand if i used it as an hammer, but a water damage without a scratch is definitely not my problem and a serious company just replace a product under warranty.
The product has not been used swimming, the product is sold as water resistant and even the usage guide suggest to wash the sensor under water.

Thanks for your review. The device you brought is not water proof and can forexample not be used for swimming. If you want to use your fitness tracker in water you need to make sure to buy a device that is designed for such usage. The product have been examined at Fitbits servicecenter and they have found that the tracker have been used in a unsupported condition. The water damage is therefore not covered by warranty. You have only been charged for having the item sent back to you seing it was not covered by the warranty. The testing have not had caused any cost for you.

It have been the best online service I have get for the last 5 years.
I had to cancel a order from ComputerSalg.dk , because after 8 days wating , I recive a mail with some excuses about the delivery delate,
I could get the same articles in Happii and even cheaper .. I made the order and in les than 24 hour I was installing the thing at home.
Incredible !!!
A big 5 stars for Happii and PostNorth for the exelent service.

Checked the lowest price for the hair straightener that I wanted to buy and got a super deal at Happii for 300 DKK while in other websites the prices are 700 DKK. Directly bought it and the stuff arrived 5 days after with nice packaging and guarantee.
