I placed an order for a bird feeder on 24 November. This was to be a Christmas present. I ordered some bird seed with it. This arrived a week later but no bird feeder. I queried it and was told a mistake had been made and a new feeder would be sent out, but I needed to wait 5 working days for this to arrive. A week later this had not arrived so I contacted Happy Beaks again. I was told it was now out of stock and would be a month before I could receive it. This will now not arrive in time for Christmas and is also out of stock / not able to be delivered in time from other sellers. I am very unhappy with the service I received. Unhappy beaks would be a better name for this company.

What a rotten company. We ordered bird food in Septembefor next day delivery. The delivery got lost???? & because we were going away had to re order when we got back by which time we were out of some of the food. Stupidly we again ordered from them over this last weekend expecting the delivery for Monday or Tuesday at the latest. Today is Thursday & we still don't know when it will be delivered. We are told there is a mistake on the address. I asked for compensation & none was offered. This is the last time I wil use this dour supplier. Worst service ever.

Trust pilot should give a no star option, wouldn’t give one star! Like others ordered for next day delivery, almost one month later still waiting!! Do not order from this company without checking first they can do what they say.

Update...contacted them yesterday to be advised today - why they couldn’t advise this upon order receipt or any other time in the intervening month I don’t know! - they’d be unable to supply order so a refunds been arranged. Will have nothing to do with this company again.

Awful service. Will never order from them again.
I emailed them to ask how to leave a review and they said I would receive an invitation email shortly. Unsurprisingly I did not receive that email.
Do not consider this company. There are plenty other bird food companys to purchase from that do deliver when they say.

I Placed an order with this company 2/10/20 for 12.75kg sunflower seeds, this was advertised as free next day delivery, a week later still no sign so I contacted them to find out why, they said it was a warehouse problem, to cut a long story short, I had to contact them twice more and even had to remind them of consumer law, I cancelled my order and eventually, got a refund on the 20/10/20, the whole time this went on they still advertised free next day delivery for the same item as well as others, they are by far the worst company I have had dealings with for a very long time, you have been warned.

They cancelled my order without any notification took the money I have had to ring twice now supposed to be getting refund on Wednesday don't buy from these people

Absolutely disgusting service would not recommend anybody using Happy Beaks, next day delivery!!!! I have now been waiting over a week for a refund as my seed was not sent.Perhaps Derek Whitsance will deal with this because he replies straight away to positive reviews so hopefully he also deals with negative reviews.

Only had two orders but both were good quality items at a fair price. Quick delivery and great customer service.
Just what I needed.

Fast delivery of the wrong items not just once but three times, on a order of eight items only two were delivered correctly. Shambolic customer service. When given the returns label to send them back to them it is Clifford James returns department, one quick google of there name explains why this is such a poor company and should not be used. I would give it less than a star if i could. Even when the right products arrived the Two lantern nut feeders one of them is in perfect condition the other has vertical posts that are not straight they are all leaning to one side. For your own sake's use another company AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The delivery service you pay for is nothing like what you receive. Ordered next day delivery by dx or royal mail.
Ended up with HERMES and still waiting. supposed to be delivered today But Hermes claim they are still waiting for my item.

I always purchase from Happy Beaks, excellent service, great products, and good price.

I always buy my bird food from Happy Beaks, great products and fab service even during lockdown. I've seen a definite increase in the wildlife in my garden and I place 2 orders per month.

Happy Beaks are competitive on price and helpful if a problem occurs, even during these challenging times they have kept on delivering food for the birds in my garden. We have so many youngsters that I can almost not fill the feeders quickly enough and get a courus every morning asking where their breakfast is.

We order our wild bird seed, mealworms and suet pellets solely from Happy Beaks. The quality is excellent. The prices are very good. Their website is easy to use, and checkout simple. Delivery, even in these trying times with Covid-19, remains on time & we have had no delays at all. Our wild birds love the food, and at present we have a number of fledglings brought by their parents to sample the delights of our bird feeders and hoppers. Would highly recommend this wonderful company.

THe web site is easy to navigate. The products were available at an excellent price. I find a variety of birds visit the garden when I use Happy Beaks seed and the suet blocks. Delivery is prompt and it is the site I prefer to buy from. Would recommend to anyone.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my order was delivered in this lockdown period, and the quality of the suet balls & pellets. Especially happy with the free mealworms too. A good company to deal with.

Good quality sunflower hearts and there is very little waste. Just the skins off the seed. Rapid delivery, highly recommended.
