Good for machine translations
For machine translations, this company provided a decent price to translate so many minutes of video. I haven't tried human translations, since there's a cost per minute on that.

Two months no answers
I applied for the (Italian) transcription job more than two months ago but I still haven't gotten any result. They didn't even check my "application test".
Support is NEVER online and only the bot replies to me.
Stay away from this unprofessional website.

rubbish i deleted my account two days…
rubbish i deleted my account two days ago by mistake sent 4 emails to them in different emails all been ignored they dont care as long they had money of you and couldnt care less afterwards 12 pounds for 1 hour transcribe that is machine genrated by scripts that is too dear if they charged 3 pounds a hour they would get more customers to me it too dear and the cvustomer service is rubbish and couldnt care as long they make profit out of you

This service is groundbreaking
This service is groundbreaking. We use this software now every day at work to subtitle content for Instagram, where users often disable the audio. The translation function might not work to a publication level yet, but if you know the language you translate subtitles into it saves sooo much work and is really straightforward. Highly recommend it. Definitely worth paying for.

"Free trial" is sham. Instead of telling you in advance they only give you free ten minutes, they make you waste your time to lure to halfway through your file where they ask for cash.
