I spent over 175$ on a singular necklace from HJ and although the necklace was nice, the shipping was HORRENDOUS!!!! i ordered this piece during the black friday sale in mid/late november, and was assured that my package would arrive before christmas, low and behold, it hadn’t even SHIPPED by christmas. i got my necklace two months later. i am very disappointed. false advertising, very disappointed.

Ordered jewelry for our nephew in November and I feel like we’ve been scammed. The bracelet never came, we had a very unhappy boy who didn’t get what he asked for on Christmas morning and it just goes to show you how evil companies like this are. Hard jewelry is 100% a scam we’ll be contacting our credit card company to report the charge from these people as theft. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

I spent a lot of money on jewelry for my daughter for Christmas. I ordered it November 24, and it still has not been delivered to USPS for shipping. I asked the company to cancel the order. The email response said they “could not” do that but I should return it when I receive it. Their return policy was either created by a toddler or intended to prevent returns, as it requires a handwritten note. I do not trust that I would ever see the refund. I will not buy from this company again.

I ordered a ring as a Christmas present. Free shipping was supposed to ship out within 5-7 business days. It's now been 20 business days (no, I didn't include Christmas) and according to USPS, the item hasn't yet even been shipped because even though a tracking number was FINALLY created, the manufacturer hasn't yet given USPS the item to ship. I doubt this'll even arrive before the gift recipient has to go back to college in another state. Customer service has been completely unhelpful and also gave me a different estimate for shipping than what is posted to their website. They didn't respond when I pointed that out, nor did they respond to my query about why USPS hasn't received the item to ship (7 days after they created the shipping label). I will NEVER buy from this untrustworthy company again.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Lied to everyone about shipping until after their big sale, and is NOT responsive at all. Then they had the AUDACITY to post on their story that they prioritize bigger orders?? I don’t even think i’m gonna get my order- it’s still in “utah” waiting to be sent to ups and has been for 25+ days. I’m so disappointed. especially since I don’t have a lot of money to spend for presents. I still decided to get hard jewelry for my girlfriend for christmas because i thought the heart pendant would be a cool gift for her. They told EVERYONE multiple times we would get our orders on time BEFORE christmas. now her main present isn’t here and i feel ripped off and like this place is a literal scam. do better hard jewelry because im never ordering from you again unless you rectify this.

literally said my package would be shipped to my house in 15-21 days. it’s been 28. he posted on his story saying if you got standard shipping he PRIORITIZES his customers, whoever orders the most will be shipped out first, and whoever ordered the least will be shipped out last. that’s not how u treat your customers! not only that but my friend ordered something 3 days after i did and he got his stuff like 3 days later with standard shipping. it’s actually crazy!! no one is helping me, the customer service is a joke. he said everyone who ordered on black friday, their package would come on time for christmas. im really sad because i’ve been such a huge hard jewelry fan for the longest time, always purchasing stuff. it makes me sad that ive been having this experience

Don’t expect to receive your purchase in time for any occasion.
Order 1 1/2 months before Christmas? Maybe you’ll see it some time the following year. Order a month before your kid’s birthday? Happy birthday kid, I’ve got nothing for you.

They don’t tell you till months later that they only ship a few times a year. They are too busy spamming your email trying to justify not having supply in. Then if you try and get refunded or talk with someone they will just ignore you. This is a poorly managed scam of a company. Buy elsewhere.

Worst shipping possible you will be waiting actual months. Can't even ship me a package within north America when other companies ship them overseas in days.

Had a problem with my terrible local postal service and hard jewelry resolved it extremely quickly even with no help from the postal service whose job it really was. Great costumer service.

I ordered two rings, they arrived within the shipping time and they look amazing. Not only that, they sent in a free septum ring along with it which is awesome. Love their rings, will be buying more.

Bailed us with a free piece of jewelry for the 6 year drop and a sick mag and the free piece of jewelry was a cheap ass septum doesn't even say it's from Hj or anything don't even have HJ style and the mag was mostly filled with ads and of course another overpriced limited edition t-shirt and don't forget the 2 weak ass stickers yea thanks for ripping us off and lying to us for 6 years will

I gave my chain back a month ago for a different size but I haven’t seen it or heard from them about what happened. I contacted the team and they didn’t do anything about it. I live in Canada as well so I payed extra because I heard good things about this company but in the end. My $72 dollars were flushed down the drain. I didn’t get my chain and these guys won’t do anything about it.

Shipping takes quite a while because they’re a small business, but wow I love everything I got. 10/10

Love HJ but their jewelry tarnishes quickly. For the amount you spend it should not turn so easily! Wish it lasted longer.

Love this brand, bought a necklace and ring for my son. Great quality and design; thanks for the little extras, the hand signed Thank You was a lovely touch.

Lies about limited drops on social media also glues gems in the eyes of his jewelry idk what's up with the hellcat pendant with green eyes but it's cheaply made

Bought a pendant a while back and fell in love. I have 7 pieces of HJ now and can't wait until the next drop to get even more. Shines beautifully and the pieces that aren't sterling silver don't turn my skin green, 110% recommend if ur cool like me
