A great online store
Ordering was straightforward and delivery speedy. Items were well packaged by the store and the complimentary mini pack of Haribo was a nice touch. I encountered an issue with one of the items but, after contacting customer services, received a helpful response that helped resolve the issue.

I’ve still not received my order or…
I’ve still not received my order or even had an update. No telephone number to contact you on. I’ve sent 3 emails and a Facebook direct message and nothing!
The order was placed on 5 April and can’t understand why no one had come back to me, yet I keep getting asked for a review.
Never had such a poor experience from a company before!
