Service was good and on the whole the…
Service was good and on the whole the handles are very good quality, however, there is a small screw on the underside of the handles that regularly works itself loose and falls out. The handle could then fall off, which has nearly happened and prevent access. This has happened on all 10 pairs that we have bought. I expected better from Heritage Brass. Also one of the handles internal mechanisms jammed resulting in having to remove it and drill it out, remove the door frame and part of the structural part of the frame to unlock the door.

Sweet experience
Local company to us. Had exactly what we required at a good price and delivered promptly. Would recommend this company and would purchase from them again. An unexpected, but presumably intentional, packet of sweeties in the box too was a odd (for a hardware company) but fun surprise! Thank you.

Slow delivery
In the description about post it says, royal mail 1st class, but after ordering, it states 4-5 business days, this completely messed up my plans, I'll stick to ordering off Amazon in the future! I also sent 3 emails asking to ship it faster but it didn't help, very disappointing
