I am sharing my recent experience as a customer of Harley Body Clinic (Surgi Medicare Ltd), which operates under multiple trading names

I am sharing my recent experience as a customer of Harley Body Clinic (Surgi Medicare Ltd), which operates under multiple trading names — including Harley Gynecomastia Clinic — and uses the same contact numbers. I believe it is important for anyone considering treatment to be aware of my experience.

I originally paid £4,450 for a Vaser Liposuction procedure scheduled for 13 September 2025.
When I arrived at the clinic, the procedure was cancelled on the day because their Vaser machine had malfunctioned.

I was repeatedly assured I would receive a full refund, but instead I spent almost two months chasing payment. Refunds were sent in small instalments, and staff cited “financial difficulties,” “slow business,” and even stated their sister company had to pay the remaining balance because the clinic was “running at a loss.”

During this period:
• All clinic email addresses started bouncing
• Communication became extremely slow
• I was asked to remove my negative reviews in order for payments to continue
• The delays caused significant stress, time wasted, and inconvenience

As of mid-November, I was finally refunded in full — but only after extensive chasing and involvement from external bodies.

Based on my experience — equipment failure, refund delays, unstable communication, and mentions of financial difficulties — I strongly recommend proceeding with caution.

This review reflects my genuine experience and I hope it helps others make informed decisions.
