I had to wait a long time for the order. As they didn’t have what I ordered in stock. I don’t mind that but it would have been nice to have been told that a time of order not 3 days later

I am sorry that you have been disappointed on this occassion. We advertise our delivery terms on every product page. We also then email you along with your order confirmation with those details, this is immediate not after 3 days. I appreciate that we live in a World where we expect everything immediately but this is very specialised equipment and no stockist in the UK holds all the items in stock all of the time so we all have to order things from the supplier in Australia from time to time. Unfortunately this takes a little while and we have no control over that but our terms are transparent and available to see at time of purchase as well as immediately post purchase.
