My witch’s hat!
Delivered on time and left in our safe place! My only quibble was with a slight damage to the black coating which was solved with hammerite and the cone has a slight bend in the top 18inches! Hence its new name…’the witch’s hat. Nothing a clematis cover won’t disguise.

The raised beds arrived as notified. Very sturdy packaging with no damage and all pieces correct with a few extra nuts and bolts.
Delighted with built beds which are already filled and planted out.

Great products & service
Never had poor service from Harrod: any queries or problems are quickly resolved and I like the quality of their products. They are pricey, but there are enough offers through the year allowing me to purchase items nearer or in my budget

We have always loved The Harrod horticultural products however this trellis now erected seems a bit flimsy for the price.

Thank you for your honest review. Sorry to hear you find the trellis a little flimsy. The trellis is fully galvanised and high temperature powder coated giving it a 10 year framework guarantee so will provide reliable support for your climbers for many years.
The staff on the phone were very good…
The staff on the phone were very good and very helpful But because my order was such a long time coming I was told it would come by next day delivery free for use at the weekend. Instead it came on a paid for three day delivery for which I was billed . By then my son had managed the job without the aid of a hole borer.

Great product. Delivery was a struggle with several phone calls and then delivered in two batches on different days. Annoying!
