The cashier is so rude, the staff in the store conveniently choose to not wear a face mask while mandating visitors to wear one, they seem to have a problem if you’re medically not needed to wear it, if you ask for something that’s not on the shelf they begrudgingly follow it up, like ordering it in or offer alternative, you feel there being obtuse, the staff member I went to has no people skills and leave you feeling unwelcome.

Was a regular (and very content) customer years ago when they were on Cathedral Street but not having lived in Mcr for years I haven't used them for a long time - good recent experience though. I e-mailed HH about availability of a Brompton (when there seemed to be none available anywhere in the country and e-bay prices were above RRP!). Got a really quick return message asking me to phone - I did and spoke to a very helpful member of staff who quickly sorted me out with exactly what I wanted (6 speed Brompton in Black). Bike arrived very quickly and well packed, ready to go. Very pleased with service and I love the Brompton - bike number 4!

I ordered my first ever bike from Harry Halls Cycles and it was a joy. Andy was a gentleman, i cant ride a bike and he talked me through it, explained everything very clearly, what a lovely chap, very friendly staff. I would definately recommend this shop.

Wow, so shopping with a friend who had a 4k budget.....on entering and having a cursory glance I went to the counter where the guy told me to me to back up...im masked up and already 2m plus away....i about turned and went to have a look at a fixie, saw a tag on It and went to turn it over to see the price only to be told really abruptly by a different guy that it was a customers bike....whoa.....time to leave, I’ll sooner walk than buy a bike from here....the service wasn't good enough to be called sh**.

As a mail order supplier, I can't recommend Harry Hall at all.

The part I bought snapped after only a few months. A standard case of returning to the retailer, who can supply a new part at the manufacturer's expense.

But there is nobody answering emails.

And when they answer the phone, they are always 'too busy right now'. They said they'd phone back, but never did. At which point you have to just write off your purchase and leave a 1* review.

Avoid.
