They have avoided paying their court judgement. The dishonest car dealers you want to avoid at all costs.
DO NOT use this Garage.
I'm sorry i couldn't review this dealership sooner for people. Bought a car from them back in Nov 2019. I wasn't shown how to use the car at all. On the 2nd day of owning it, there were error messages on the LED display, and there was also a panoramic roof (which i wasn't aware of). Only by pressing a button (at home) by accident revealed the roof - with a huge crack right across the width of it. Raising this as a complaint on the 2nd day of having it, I'm still trying to resolve the issue. Have resorted to the broker and the finance company as the garage themselves were less than appauling with communication, and with promissing to fix it and then changing their minds later. They made ME look for 2nd hand ones on ebay that they would potentially fit for me, as a new one would cost me £2.5k to fix - which I'd have to cover myself apparrently. No second hand roofs seem to be available anywhere, and as a 'valued customer', I'm now having to consider a small claims court. They are Pathetic & Nasty. Not worth your time or money! Steer clear of this place alltogether - PLEASE!!!! Hopefully this will deter someone else from being ripped off and be made to feel powerless against a company. Absolutley shocking!
Should be 0 STARS
Should be 0 STARS. I bought a car and paid the unknown £100 admin fee too. The same day I purchased the car it broke down and never worked again. Adam lied continuously, conned the garage who took the car into carrying out works that he never paid for, then he tried to lump the bill on to me saying it was my car my responsibility. Lucky for me the garage had none of it and did not bill/blame me but he still never paid them. I refused the car under Consumer Credit Act as the car had major catastrophic engine failure but it still took them being taken to Court to have the full refund given to me plus costs. THIS COMPANY IS WORSE THAN ANY STEREOTYPICAL BAD CAR DEALERSHIP! Please do not underestimate my words.
All I can say is avoid
All I can say is avoid, avoid, avoid!!
I read all the bad reviews and gave them a go anyway. I learned a lesson.....bad reviews are there for a reason.
The proprietor will lie, lie, lie, dodging his way out of a 'written' agreement with zero integrity..
With so many reputable motor dealers out there, why risk a dodgy one!?
AVOID DODGY DEALERS.COM Doesn't even warrant 1 star
Doesn't even warrant 1 star! Absolutely appalling attitude and customer service non existent. I see one reviewer was told in Oct 19 that they were closing, but they are very much still trading and selling people cars which I beleive have been through little or no checks. MOTs carried out by a garage in Wembley! The car my son bought failed an MOT on Saturday then passed on the following Monday after "repairs", when we collected the car late the same Monday we discovered it had a fuel leak. It turns out this fuel leak was a major fault failure on The Saturday MOT! Miraculous how it passed?🤔 Dealer were not apologetic and pushed us to get it looked at and repaired then refused to pay! Given the run around every time you contact them. Lots of excuses and no apologies. They agreed to pay a portion of the bill and apparently sent the payment 11 days ago! Funny it hasnt appeared! and probably never will. They are well versed in BS and I'm sure this is everyday for them. Please, please dont go there.
Was mislead from start to finish by…
Was mislead from start to finish by these very unpleasant and untrustworthy people. They lied about work that was on the mot advert being done, it was not. They lied about the car’s paperwork, making it impossible to pay road tax. They hid a small notice about charging a £100 admin fee behind their office pc, and made no reference to any admin fee on their adverts on autotrader. They even lied about giving me a refund on my deposit back... they said they had made payment then admitted they had not. And despite knowing I’m a bloke, they kept replying to my emails with dear sir or madam. Be very wary!
If I could give this garage
If I could give this garage 0 stars, I would. Bought a used car on 2 March, 29 days later it broke down on M4. Mechanic had a look, said in his opinion no checks prior to leaving the dealership had been done on it. I can well believe this as the minute I drove it away the petrol light came on, there was no screenwash, a spotlight/headlamp missing from the front had been thrown in the boot and there was an empty sandwich pack in the passenger footwell. AA man also said towing eye had been removed from tool kit. Diagnostic machine produced 4 pages of faults. Adam more or less told me it was a used car, it could break down any time. Rejected the car under the CRA and have requested my money back. They have acknowledged one email saying their investigation would take 14 days. Spoke to salesman today who said he's given his report, so in my opinion 14 days is not needed. Please do not waste your time with this dealership. They have all the evidence they need regarding my car since Monday 1 April. Still waiting for refund. (Monies which by the way, my 83-year old mother lent me and who relies on me to for transport). Shocking people to do business with. Avoid!
