Poorly manufactured elements…, thank goodness for customer services.
Some very pooly manufactured elements to our 4 seater Berkeley round table. Both central table frames were not square and one leg had a misaligned threaded fixing hole which had also not been drilled deep enough.
Customer services promptly sent out replacements of which one frame had a miss aligned and welded leg fitting claw. Was only able to complete assembly of the table by using one of the originally supplied frames which was not too badly out of square. Very poor quality control at manufacturing facility, thank goodness for Hartman customer services.

Bistro Table poorly finished.
We have a large table and chairs from Hartman and have been impressed with the Quality of the products.The Bistro table we received today was very poorly sprayed and has flaked and would end up with exposed metal to the elements.Hartman products do have a great guarantee with them.
We have informed the company who sold us the product and will wait and see what they will do with this problem.
I have had a response from the company and they are going to replace the table.
It is on a back order at the moment and we should receive a replacement on April.

High Quality Furniture, but assembly can be a problem
We are impressed with the quality of the Berkeley 4 seat dining set, but have found the assembly of the table to be a problem. After email advice from the Hartman Customer Service Department (very speedy response) we had to take the table apart and reassemble it. There were still some problems with the alignment of the various parts, but it is now perfectly useable.

Aluminium Upgrade
We’ve had Hartman garden for 20 years, we decided to upgrade from plastic to a cast aluminium set, same high quality, easy to assemble, I am sure this will last at least another 20 years !

This is the second purchase of Hartman…
This is the second purchase of Hartman garden furniture, the first was table, 6 chairs each with 2 cushions, and a parasol and that was roughly 15 yrs ago and to see it today it looks as good as new(has been looked after). As I’m on my own now I wanted a smaller set so chose the ETON Bistro set as I wanted a Hartman quality set, daughter delighted to get old set but only needs the plastic ring for parasol in table that I will get for it. Highly recommend the quality as I can vouch for all the yrs I’ve had my large table and chairs. Best wishes. Les
